GENERAL INFORMATION
Programs incorporating rope activities, initiative games, and rock climbing are tailored to the specific needs of each group. The program is developed and conducted on team building equipment that facilitates problem solving skills through group challenges. Our well designed programs are great ways to develop personal confidence, teamwork, trust, communication and a sense of responsibility. Corporate team building events foster creative problem solving and decision making, which are some of the most beneficial tools utilized in all aspects of our lives.
Programs are designed and tailored to your organization's needs, with regards to your time requirement and the number of participants. The time of year will also determine the use of the outdoor ropes course. Our indoor capability allows for year round events. Half day sessions (3 hours), Full day sessions (5 hours), and 2 day sessions are available. For optimal learning, groups are limited to a maximum of 40 people.
The Gerstung Center
The Outdoor Challenge Course consists of low rope team building stations situated on Gerstung's 12 acre mountain terrain.
The Rock Climbing and Rapelling Wall is a 3,000 square foot indoor climbing wall, 30' high, with 14 dynamic ropes each having three climbing routes.
The Bouldering Wall is a "U" shaped rock like formation, 12' high and 60' long. It is perfect for both the beginning climber, and more advanced climbers who want to work on their technique and style without harness and ropes.
