GENERAL
• All programs are Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, except Mini Mights, they will dismiss at 1:00 PM after lunch; The Tennis Club starts at 9:00am at the Bare Hills Racquet Club.
• Children must be toilet trained to attend.
• Gerstung reserves the right to cancel any program if conditions warrant.
• Gerstung also reserves the right to dismiss any camper that is unable to adhere to the
safety rules,“Code of Courtesy and Respect,” or is disruptive in any other way.
• Before Care is available from 7:30am to 9:30am, After Care 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
The Tennis Club does not have Before Care available. (Earliest drop off is 8:40am)

Program Duration Please follow the session schedule and always start a program at the beginning of a session.

Lunch is not provided, except when lunch cookouts are announced. Please pack a bag lunch (it will be refrigerated) and clearly mark it with your child's name and camp group. We supply drinks, water, and an afternoon snack. If your child has special diet requirements please send their own snack.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per week per-child must be included with the registration. This fee is non-refundable, but is credited against the tuition fee.

RETURN CHECK FEE: $35.00, for checks returned by the bank.

Registration & Payments: Complete and return the registration form together with the deposit. The balance is due in full no later than June 1, 2010. If the balance is not received by the due date, enrollment may be cancelled. All registrations after June 1, 2010 must be paid in full at time of registration.

WITHDRAWALS, REFUNDS & CREDITS: Full refunds are made for programs cancelled by Gerstung. Refunds, less the nonrefundable deposit, will be made only if the Gerstung registration office has received a written withdrawal application at least 15 days prior to the students 1st day. 50% of the total tuition will be refunded if notice for withdrawal was submitted within 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the student’s 1st day. No refunds will be extended after the camper’s first day of scheduled attendance.

Full Gerstung Credits are available for any withdrawals or unused portion of the tuition (full weeks only). No credits or make up days are available for absences. Credits are transferable within the immediate family. They are valid for the period of one year (until the end of the summer of the following year), and may be used for any Gerstung program.

Note: A signed Release and Indemnification and Acknowledgement of Risk Agreement, along with a fully completed Medical Emergency Form must be on file prior to participating in any program.

Medical Coverage for accidents is provided at no extra charge (a $250 deductible applies).

WARNING:

Please note that activities such as: gymnastics, dance, challenge course activities, swimming and other exercise programs may be strenuous and dangerous to one's health. You must consult your personal physician to be sure that your child is physically able to participate without injury.

When exercising with equipment, using apparatus, using challenge stations, the climbing walls, or in the water, and when participating in the stated and associated indoor and outdoor activities on and off the grounds of the Center, you need to be aware that unexpected dangers may arise.

Any activity involving motion, rotation, or height creates the risk of serious injury and potentially catastrophic and/or fatal results. Never exercise without the proper clothing (including footware) and never use equipment or any part of the facility without proper supervision and instruction, since it could be dangerous.
