PLAY GYM is where our youngest students playfully learn to move over, under, through and around. The main focus of this course is to increase the child’s body awareness and a sense of his/her surroundings. This is a great way for the parent to learn to be a facilitator of his/her child’s movement discoveries. We require one adult per child enrolled in this class. (45 min.)
