FALL 2008 GYMNASTICS CLASSES
Dress Code for Gymnastic Classes
CHALLENGE GYM is for the young child not old enough for artistic gymnastics but has come up through a Gerstung Movement Education program and/or exhibits above average coordination and physical readiness for a more intense course. The focus is on the introduction of formal tumbling and the challenge of basic gymnastics skills; all performed on age and size appropriate equipment.
