CONSISTING OF: 1 12’ aluminum track with carriage • bungee pull • 1 sling seat w. chain • 1 push off pad • 1 back cushion (legs, arms, sholders, core) Kids use their own muscle power to move themselves up and down the slanted track. Pushing off our padded safety board offers an effective leg press exercise. Pulling themselves up the track with the use of the Bungee PullTM turns the Glider into an all around arm exercise machine.
